Two new articles in Current Protocols in Bioinformatics
"Using Cloud Computing infrastructure with CloudBioLinux, CloudMan and Galaxy" describes several ways to take advantage of cloud computing, using CloudMan to manage clusters for running interactive analysis and analysis using the Galaxy environment
"Using Galaxy to Perform Large‐Scale Interactive Data Analyses" is a major update of our 2007 paper on using Galaxy and covers all of the major aspects of doing data analysis in Galaxy in protocol form.
